Kraft Tank Corporation has expanded its equipment offering as a Vanguard dealer serving customers throughout Kansas and western Missouri.
Through the new relationship, fleets in the region can work with Kraft Tank to source Vanguard dry van and refrigerated trailers, with guidance from a local team that understands equipment specifications, fleet operations and long-term equipment needs.
“Adding Vanguard gives customers in Kansas and western Missouri more options for matching a trailer to the freight they actually move,” said Juan Diaz, Territory Manager at Kraft Tank Corporation. “Whether a fleet needs a traditional dry van, a smooth-interior or composite model, or a refrigerated trailer built around a specific route and temperature requirement, our team can help them find the right configuration.”
Vanguard Dry Van Models Available Through Kraft
Kraft Tank will offer Vanguard’s three primary dry freight van models:
- VIP 4000: A traditional sheet-and-post van with a fastened plastic or plywood lining.
- MaxCube: A smooth-interior van featuring an impact-resistant, anti-snag plastic liner recessed between the logistics posts.
- VXP: A composite-sidewall van with snag-free panels, galvanized logistics posts and the widest stated interior dimension of the three models.
Although each model offers a different interior and sidewall configuration, the dry van lineup shares several structural features, including a fully galvanized rear frame, bolt-together bumper, reinforced under-ride bracing, LED lighting, a galvanized steel threshold and reinforced landing-leg bracing.
Refrigerated Trailers Built Around the Application
Vanguard refrigerated trailers are made to order around the freight, route and temperature requirements of each fleet. Available configurations include single-temperature and multi-temperature trailers, side-door options, swing or roll-up rear doors and refrigeration units from Carrier or Thermo King.
The refrigerated platform can be configured for applications such as long-haul truckload freight, grocery distribution, food-service routes, deep-frozen products and other temperature-controlled cargo. Vanguard emphasizes thermal performance, corrosion resistance, durable loading and dock structures, and designs intended to protect common trailer wear points.
The addition of Vanguard allows Kraft Tank to serve customers beyond its traditional tank trailer offering while maintaining the same hands-on approach to equipment selection and customer support.
